Let me try to answer this..

Logistics:
Scope: Typically within a company.
Activities: Procurement, distribution, inventory management

Supply Chain:
Scope: Across different companies (end-to-end)
Activities: Procurement, distribution, inventory management, marketing, finance, customer service

Operations:
Scope: Focus on the physical storage and movement of the inventory

Warehousing:
Scope: Purely on the activities when the inventory are within the 4 walls

Logistics and supply chain are used interchangeably often.

Same goes for warehousing and operations.
