Check out the following.

1. ABC classification of the inventory and if the fast moving items are placed at the most accessible locations.

2. Possible replacement of materials such as boxes and fillers. Standardize the box sizes and purchase in bulk at a lower price.

3. Changing lighting to LED or energy conserved light tubes. Motion detection can also be considered.

Relook at the operating hours? Some operations have high overtime cost. May be justifiable to have a change in working hours.

Explore the order fulfillment process or compare the various possible picking strategies.

Here's a couple of my ideas:
1) facility re-organization - opportunity to re-arrange facility setup, use 5S methodology to minimize waste in travel or handling time
2) shift optimization - many operations have idle time, take a look at those and see if there's opportunity to optimize by either re-distributing work if possible or modifying shift schedule
