Could anyone share some experience with adding refrigeration to parts of the existing warehouse? What are some of the things that need to considered? Thanks!

I was involved in part of a similar project.
Some things to consider for retrofitting an existing part of a warehouse to refrigerated room.
1. Cost involved in doing up the refrigerated room.
- insulating panels
- flooring
- cooling system
- sensors for monitoring and alerting (for temperature spike)
2. Type of cooling system.
- system which can bring about the required temperature range (e.g. 2-8 degree celsius, or minus 25 degree celsius)
- RH (relative humidity) level
- back up generator
3. Capacity of storage.
4. Are there value added services (such as packing) done in the room?
