Hi Kel, supply chain is a very broad industry, comprising different aspects. They range from 3PL (e.g. KNN, DB Schenker) , express (e.g. DHL, Fedex), last mile (e.g. Ninjavan), to transporters.

On the shipper side, there are also operations/supply chain departments.

From a functional perspective, based on your description, your strengths are more inclined towards operations and operations-support roles.

For operations, you can try exploring warehouse executive/manager kind of roles.

For operations-support, you can check out roles such as industrial engineering, implementation, costing/tender roles.

You can also explore consulting roles in consulting firms as well as roles from the racking vendors.

On top of the strengths and weaknesses, it also depends on your interest and passion.

It depends. Can be "Consultant", "Data Analyst", "Data Modeller" etc... Is there anything you are looking for specifically?

Nope. For me my weakness will be customer service and I tried before it is not suitable for me. I finding something that is more internal with a career progression.
